1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tebla ("we", "our", or the "Service")—including our website and any reservation, account, or related features—you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is provided for restaurant discovery and table reservation in Morocco.
2. Use of the Service
You may use Tebla only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating an account or making a reservation
- Use the Service only for personal or legitimate business use
- Not misuse the booking system (e.g. fake reservations, abuse of restaurant or other users)
- Comply with applicable laws in Morocco and your country of use
3. Reservations and Bookings
Tebla acts as an intermediary between you and participating restaurants. When you make a reservation:
- Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation (e.g. on screen or by email). The restaurant may still need to accept or modify the reservation.
- Cancellation: Cancellation policies are set by each restaurant. Generally, we expect cancellations to be made at least 2 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or to show up may affect your ability to book in the future.
- No-shows: Restaurants may hold your table for a limited time (e.g. 15 minutes). We are not responsible for consequences of late arrival or no-show.
- Changes: Any change to date, time, or party size should be done through the Service or by contacting the restaurant directly, as indicated in your confirmation.
4. Accounts and Profiles
You may need to create an account to make reservations or use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
5. Restaurant Listings and Content
Restaurant information (menus, images, descriptions, availability) is provided by restaurants or third parties. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability at the time of your visit. Prices and offerings are subject to change. Disputes about quality, service, or billing at a restaurant are between you and the restaurant.
6. Intellectual Property
The Tebla name, logo, and the design and content of our website and app (excluding content provided by restaurants or users) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tebla and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to failed reservations, no-shows, restaurant closures, or inaccuracies in listings. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim, or the equivalent of one reservation fee, whichever is lower.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tebla, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
9. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. We may also update these Terms & Conditions; the "Last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
